Mixture was devised after being invited to a friend’s garden party where we offered to create cocktails and mocktails. After a lengthy queue at their homemade bar and a fantastic response we decided this could be a great venture.
Greig has worked in hospitality for 10 years including working as a bar manager for 5 years where he developed his skills in mixology. He found his flair as a mixologist and mastered the art of mixing and muddling new creations as well as producing the all time favourites. Joanne aka ‘Mrs Mixture’ supports Greig with larger parties which assists with the efficiency of service.

What we offer...
Mixture offers the ultimate night in. Parties vary from hen nights, birthday parties, garden parties, housewarmings, baby showers or our most popular, having friends round. Why not dazzle your guests with a selection of cocktails that can include the classics / favourites or we can create innovated and inclusive bespoke cocktails / mocktails for your party theme or taste buds.
The service provided is carried out within a 3 hour period supplying 5 cocktails / mocktails (dependant on party size) within this timeframe. We supply glassware, equipment, sugar syrup, egg white, lemon / lime juice and straws. We can also supply purees at an additional cost. As we want you to have an incredible party we are happy to advise on your selection choice. We also have our Instagram page ‘mixturecocktails’ if you are looking for inspiration.
Once you select your desired cocktails we then devise a shopping list of the volume of alcohol, juices, fruit, and condiments that are required. This list is calculated to keep wastage to a minimal.

The times are flexible and can be tweaked to suit if required. Although we are busiest at the weekends we are happy to deliver this service at an evening through the week. Why wait until the weekend, yours can start on a Monday!
Designated driver or pregnant don’t feel left out with our delicious mocktail equivalents all made with fresh ingredients.
